Cellulite can appear on many parts of the body, but for women the most often affected areas are butt and upper parts of the legs.

Butt cellulite is a problem for many women. Actually the butt cellulite isn’t much different from the cellulite on the other parts of the body. Usually cellulite is not limited to the butt, but it’s also on the legs. If you have cellulite only on your butt, then it’ll be easier for you to get rid of it than if you had the cellulite on your legs too.

There are two different reasons why women have the cellulite on the butt. One reason is too much fat on your butt. Instead of the lean, strong butt muscle you have the fat there, and the fat pushes out, causing the appearance of the cellulite on your butt. So, the solution here is simple. You need to replace the fat with strong, lean butt muscle. To do it, you can apply the same exercises that are in the Naked Beauty/Symulast Program here. This is the fastest way to get rid of cellulite on the butt.

Some slim women, don’t have much fat, but they also have butt cellulite. According to Joey Atlas, the reason is also a weak butt muscles (gluteal muscles). Diet for Butt Cellulite

There are also other things that you should do to get rid of the cellulite even faster. One of them is the diet. You should drink a lot of water and eat plenty of vegetables and fruit. You should also consume the cellulite killing foods that I described here.

Dry Massage

Dry massage improves the circulation and the appearance of the skin. Though the cellulite isn’t caused by the skin, but the fat and weak muscle fibers under the skin, the good circulation can help a little too.

    Now I am a man so thank goodness I do not suffer from the affliction that is cellulite. And reading your descriptive post just made me think of the unfortunate people that I have known that have had it.     There will definitely be women in my family that will benefit from this article. They too, have butt cellulite that they would want to get rid off. It’s great to know that there’s plenty of solutions out there.

    Now, I know that exercising regularly and keeping a healthy diet is important, but how intense does it have to be? Should people who are suffering from obesity, follow the training program that you recommend?

      Hi Farhan,

      To get rid of the butt and leg cellulite, women should exercise about 20 minutes, three times a week, minimum. If someone can add some cardio exercises to the Naked Beauty exercises, then the cellulite will be gone sooner. The program is great for everybody with the cellulite, including obese people.
