It is not easy to get rid of cellulite, because it takes some time, if you want to get rid of cellulite naturally at home. We want to achieve everything fast nowadays, so we’re looking for the fastest way to get rid of cellulite too.
There are many ways to get rid of cellulite ranging from topical treatments to laser and surgical treatments. Some ways are however more popular than others. There are many reasons behind this. For instance, people love shortcuts. Most people go for quick-fixes to any problem which explains why cellulite treatments that promise quick results get the most attention. People also love saving money. As a result, most people will try out cheap treatments before they try out the expensive ones.

You should avoid quick and cheap fixes at all costs, especially when you want to get rid of cellulite since such treatments usually worsen the problem. The best treatments are natural treatments. There are however a few exceptions like laser treatment. We will discuss more about this below, but first, let’s try to understand the typical customer for cellulite treatments.
Who’s seeking cellulite treatment?
Cellulite affects over 80% of all women globally. Although the problem also affects men, the cases are very few. The typical modern woman today is busy with work and family engagements. There is hardly any time for modern women to maintain a healthy lifestyle which entails eating healthy and exercising regularly.
Unless you are very organized, it’s very hard to find time to lead a busy life and still get time to eat healthy and exercise. I had to learn to be extremely organized the hard way after seeking cheap and quick cellulite treatments in vain. It became apparent to me that I needed better treatments when I realized I was wasting a lot of money and risking my health without getting the kind of results that I was looking for.
The best cellulite treatments
I have thought of or tried every cellulite treatment you can think of from cellulite creams to massages. First and foremost, you need to understand that cellulite creams are short-term solutions. You won’t get long-lasting results applying even the best natural cellulite creams in the market today.
The same applies to massages. The results don’t last especially if you fail to make any fundamental changes in your lifestyle. The cellulite usually comes back after some time, so you have to keep seeking these treatments. In the long-term, the short-term quick-fixes are really expensive. They aren’t worth it if you ask me.
I prefer natural cellulite treatments such as dieting and exercising because they deal with one of the main underlying causes of cellulite, which is poor lifestyle. Cellulite is more prevalent in obese and/or individuals who aren’t physically fit. The more fat you have on your thighs, stomach, butt, etc., the higher your chances of getting cellulite are. The even bigger problem is atrophied muscle fibers, which are the cause of cellulite, according to Joey Atlas, Womens’ Body Enhancement Specialist — M.S., Exercise Physiology (5 Critical Keys to Killing Your Cellulite). It’s as simple as that.
Nevertheless, it’s important to recognize the fact that dieting and exercising take a lot of time and effort to yield results. They can also be expensive when you consider the cost of healthy/organic foods and gym membership. There are however ways of controlling the cost. For instance, you can exercise on your own and purpose to prepare all your meals. Furthermore, eating healthy isn’t as expensive as eating unhealthy/junk foods.
Laser for cellulite treatment
If you can’t exercise and/or diet to get rid of cellulite because of a viable reason, then and only then would I recommend laser treatment for cellulite. Although the treatment appears to be costlier than most treatments, at least you get longer lasting results compared to treatments such as topical creams. Laser cellulite treatment is also perfect for the typical busy individual. If you don’t have time to diet or exercise, laser for cellulite treatment is ideal for you. Typical procedures take a few minutes. It might however, depend on the size of the affected area. I recommend laser instead of surgical cellulite treatments like liposuction because laser isn’t intrusive. Also, laser is fast and painless. Furthermore, liposuction can worsen the appearance of cellulite not to mention the risks that come with surgical procedures.
Summary
I highly recommend diet and exercise any day because these natural cellulite treatments have been tested and proven to work. It might take some time and effort to get results not to mention other factors like cost, however, the results are long-term and the treatments are 100% safe. If you can’t exercise or diet for any reason, i.e. you don’t have time, it’s challenging for you etc., you can consider laser for cellulite treatment.

Hi, I just recently accidentally discovered your blog, and I really like it. I don’t know how did I get here because I’m a guy and I don’t have cellulite 🙂 However, it seems that you really want to help people, and I appreciate it! In my opinion, the best cellulite treatment is exercising.
Keep up the good work!

Yes, I agree with you, the exercise is the best cellulite treatment, if done correctly. Thanks.

These laser treatments seem to make sense, but they are not cheap I would imagine. But maybe if they are fast, they are worth the money?
I know you recommend the natural method, but sometimes its hard to eat healthily and get that exercise.
Where would you look to find this laser therapy?
Sandy says
Hi Ruth,
You can find laser therapies in many Beauty Clinics nowadays. You need to do some research in your area. Good luck!
