Dry brushing can take a few minutes to an hour depending on the treatment area. Some results are almost immediate; however, you need to wait for a few hours to see the full results.

Dry brushing for cellulite works when you follow the right procedure. It is however important to note that the procedure isn’t recommended for individuals with very sensitive skin. The procedure is also off-limits for individuals with skin conditions like eczema or rosacea since there is a high chances the skin will react negatively.

    There seems to be a lot of reasons to dry brush emerging everywhere lately. Even my doctor has been advising my family to start dry brushing for the sake of naturally detoxing different parts of the body. But I didn’t know it could help cellulite.
