1. Eat Healthy, Balanced Meals
To get rid of cellulite on your arms, you must change your eating habits completely. It’s important to note that your body may choose to store fat because of many factors the most notable being poor eating habits i.e. eating junk foods and overeating.
Ideally, men are supposed to consume approximately 1,800 calories a day while women are supposed to consume approximately 1,200 calories a day. This is the recommended calorie intake for a regular person. If you do strenuous activities on a regular basis during the day, the calorie intake can increase upwards slightly. Regulating your calorie intake is very important since it ensures your body consumes everything you have eaten and doesn’t have the chance to convert excess food into body fat stored under the skin.

Bend your elbows letting the barbell come down right above your forehead before pushing it back up to the starting position. Bench presses are great exercises for burning arm fat and building arm muscle, which in turn gets rid of cellulite on the arms.
- Triceps dips: This is another great arm exercise. Triceps dips are performed with the back to a bench, legs straight and heels on the ground. While your hands are on the edge of a bench, lower your body slowly until your arms assume a parallel angle with the floor. Push yourself back to the original position to complete one repetition. Triceps dips target the back of the arms which are most susceptible to cellulite.

Having been in the fitness industry for the last 15 years, arm cellulite has been one of the toughest spots on the body to deal with.
The food you have listed here as well as the exercises are perfect. It seems like you know what you’re talking, I think it’s great. So many women wear longsleeved shirts just so no one will see their arms.
Hopefully other woman will take notice of what you’ve written here, implemented into their lives to get rid of the cellulite.

Nice tips and pretty easy to follow. The hardest part is getting into a routine of excerise and eating well. Once in a routine though it shouldn’t be hard to maintain and I am sure you will see results. Again I read here to drink plenty of water. I read that everywhere, and it makes sense and is beneficial, but I just can’t seem to drink enough in a day. Its super easy to do I just don’t remember to drink enough. Any tips on ways I could remember and get my recommened amount in? Thanks

Hi,
It’s good to have a bottle of water, or if you travel or go to work, a few small bottles, and drink from them during the day. You’ll know that until the bottle is empty, you haven’t drunk enough water. It’s easy that way to count how much water you drink.
Thanks for the comment,
