- Go back to the first step by pushing up your right foot.
Do 12 repetitions for this side. Do another 12 repetitions for the other leg.
This does not hurt your back so you will not have a problem with this exercise. But if you think that this is way to easy for you, try the one-legged version. Here are the steps:
- Lie on the floor. Bend your knees but keep your feet flat on the floor. Keep your arms at your sides and make sure that your palms are facing downwards.
- Push your hips off the ground by using your heels. Inhale as you do that. You should see to it that a straight line is formed from your upper back to your knees.
- Pause and squeeze your glutes.
- Go back to position 1.
Do 3 sets with 20 repetitions each.
