Dermology Cellulite Solution Cream Review

There are many different anti-cellulite creams, available online and in stores. So, sometimes it can be difficult to choose one. If you want to learn if Dermology Cellulite Solution work, please keep on reading.

Dermology Cellulite Solution is one of the few anti cellulite creams that I was happy with. Actually, before I discovered Revitol, Dermology had been my only anti cellulite cream. It still would be, if not for the small size of the bottle.

The cream works, but the bottle is small, so to see the results, that usually start to appear after 4-5 weeks, I needed 2 bottles of Dermology. And I’m not a big woman. If you’re bigger than I, you might need 3 bottles. That was for me the main problem with the cream. I didn’t know it would be like that and I didn’t know that I can get 2 free bottles, so I spent too much.

Actually, now I know that if you order 3 bottles directly from Dermology, you’ll get extra 2 free bottles. That will cost you total $140.74 for five 5 bottles ($28.15 per bottle) and 5 bottles will keep you free from cellulite for a long time, or maybe even forever if you also exercise and eat the right foods.

Dermology Cellulite Solution does not work for everyone I’ve heard and I’m not surprised about it. If you eat bad foods and you don’t exercise, there’s no cream that will get rid you of cellulite forever. Some people can get rid of cellulite by using creams for some time, and some people can only make the cellulite slightly less visible, but the cellulite won’t be completely gone. I used to buy cellulite creams when I wanted to speed up the effects of exercise and dieting. But it’s because of these exercises and diet that I got rid of cellulite for good. So, if you need to get some visible results quickly, then Dermology or another good cellulite cream is a good idea.

How It Works

When you apply Dermology, it goes deeply into your cells and its active ingredients make the ugly bumps and lumps appear smaller with time. One of the main ingredients that works, is caffeine. The great think about Dermology cream is that it gives very pleasant cooling sensation to the skin. It’s really quite pleasant, especially in the hot climate, like where I live. The cream gets absorbed quite quickly and it does not leave any smudges on the skin.

How to Get Rid of Cellulite with Exercise

Women spend a lot of money to get rid of cellulite, but unfortunately most of the expensive anti-cellulite treatments do not work. Some work a little, but the cellulite usually comes back. The right exercises, done correctly, always work for cellulite.

There are a number of ways of getting rid of cellulite and exercise is one of the best ways because exercise gets rid of cellulite naturally by triggering the body’s natural weight management mechanisms. There are also special body movements that will kill your cellulite very fast.

You can read and watch a video about them here. Exercise is also effective given that you can vary the intensity of just about any exercise to achieve faster/better results. Also, exercise doesn’t cause harmful side effects like most artificial methods of getting rid of cellulite like applying topical creams.

As long as you get the exercise routine right, exercising is 100% safe. Let’s get right into it and discuss how to get rid of cellulite with exercise. Besides walking, jogging and doing thigh raises and pony kicks, below are other effective exercises for getting rid of cellulite.

Dumbbell squats

Dumbbell squats are great for getting rid of cellulite because they target the front thighs and buttocks which are prone to cellulite. To perform a dumbbell squat, stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart while holding dumbbells. Your palms should be facing the sides of your legs and your back straight.

Proceed and lower your torso by bending from the knees and hips as if you are getting ready to sit down. Your knees shouldn’t move forward. You should also stop moving just before you assume a sitting position. Hold this position for a few seconds and then return to the original position. Perform 10-15 repetitions to complete a full set. You can do 5 sets or more to get the best result. Perform this exercise at least 4 times a week.

Lunges

Lunges are great exercises for getting rid of cellulite. Furthermore, you don’t need any weights to do lunges. You just need to position your legs in a certain way to perform lunges effectively. A lunge positions the body with one leg forward while the knee is bent and the other foot is resting on the ground (or slightly above the ground) from the knee to the foot. Lunges are great sculpting exercises.

Lunges build several muscle groups, including the thighs, buttocks and hamstrings which are prone to cellulite. Depending on your fitness level, severity of cellulite, personal preference, among other factors, you can perform various lunge variations i.e. short or long lunges. Long lunges focus on the buttocks while short lunges focus on the quadriceps. Short lunges are easier to perform so they are highly recommendable for beginners.

To perform a lunge, take a big step forward with one leg (the right leg) then slowly lower the other leg’s knee (left knee) towards the floor. Your right knee should assume a right angle. Your back should be straight. Press firmly into your right leg and push back to assume the starting position. Repeat the exercise with your left leg to perform one set. You can do 15-20 sets per exercise session.

Scissors presses

This exercise is great for the butt, hips and thighs hence great for getting rid of cellulite. To perform a scissor press, tie an exercise band slightly above your knees while lying with your back, arms straight down at your sides. Proceed and extend your legs up, directly above the hips. Spread your feet wide to keep the band taut.

Continue opening your legs slowly as wide as possible and then pause and maintain this position for a few seconds when it’s no longer possible to spread your legs. Return to the starting position slowly and then cross your left ankle over your right ankle. Pull your right leg, from behind your thigh, towards your chest to complete a full scissors press set. You can perform 10-15 scissors presses per exercise session.

Inner thigh squeezes

As the name suggests, this exercise focuses primarily on the thighs. To perform an inner thigh squeeze, lie down with your face up and arms by your sides. Proceed and raise your legs while bending your knees so that your knees assume a right angle with the rest of your body. You can vary this position by bending your knees more in case it becomes harder to do the original version. While holding a comfortable position, place an exercise ball between your knees with your feet flexed.

Proceed by squeezing the ball as hard as possible, making sure you maintain the original knee position. Once you squeeze as far as possible, hold this position for about three seconds and then open your legs back to the original position to complete one set. You can perform as many inner thigh squeezes as possible or until your thighs can’t squeeze anymore.

Pilates pelvic curls

Pilates pelvic curls are great exercises for getting rid of cellulite affecting the buttocks and thighs. The exercise also improves core strength which translates to more muscle. One of the main reasons why Pilates pelvic curls are great for getting rid of cellulite (besides targeting cellulite prone areas) is; you don’t need any special equipment.

To perform a Pilates pelvic curl, you just need to lie down on the floor (back resting on the floor) with your knees raised while your feet touch the ground and your hands rest by your sides. Proceed and raise your pelvis and lower back. Hold this position, making sure your glutes and thighs are squeezed perfectly and return to the original position to perform a full set.

Step-ups

Step-ups are very simple but effective feet exercises. All you need is a regular step. A stair case works perfectly. You can hold dumbbells to increase the intensity of the exercise. To begin, place your left foot on the step. While holding this position, step back using your right foot. Before you touch the floor, press upwards using your left leg to lift your right leg up again. Repeat and switch legs to complete a full set. You can repeat as many times as you can with different variations, i.e. with steeper steps, dumbbells, legs extended etc. to achieve the desired effect on your thighs.

Deep ballet barre bends

This exercise targets the thighs, hips and buttocks. Deep ballet barre bends will build your leg muscles as well as tone your lower body tightening skin in the process to get rid of cellulite. The barre is a prop used for balance while doing isometric strength training exercises. A ballet barre is easy to find in a gym. You can also use a horizontal pole fixed in place.

To perform a deep ballet barre bend, stand, with your legs apart and as far away as possible from the barre. Your arms should be stretched out. While holding the barre, bend down and return to the original position slowly to complete one set. Repeat for 10 to 15 times per exercise session. You can perform variations such as staying down longer to increase intensity.

Can You Really Get Rid of Cellulite?

Is cellulite, something natural that you must learn to live with, or is it something like obesity, that comes with unhealthy lifestyle and lack of exercise?

One of my colleagues at the office where I work said that it’s pointless trying to get rid of cellulite because it isn’t really possible. As a person who got rid of cellulite and who knows many other people who got rid of cellulite I know it’s nonsense what she said. But unfortunately there are many people who would love to get rid of cellulite, but don’t believe it’s possible.

You’ve heard it, right? “If you think you can’t do it, you can’t; if you think you can do it, you can”. So, you can do it and if you do a little research on the internet, you’ll find examples of many women who got rid of cellulite. I’ve recently read about Jennifer Lopez, who at 45 years old manages to look great, even she has had problems with cellulite.

You might not be able to afford some of the techniques she uses to fight cellulite, but many people, including me, can keep cellulite at bay with a healthy diet, exercise and some creams, and especially with Joey Atlas Movements. There’s this myth that once you have cellulite, it’s because of your body’s condition and you can’t do anything about it. It’s not true; it’s just a myth. The truth is that if you sit most of the day, then your chance of melting cellulite off on its own is practically nil. You need to have an active and healthy lifestyle to get rid of cellulite.

What Is Cellulite?

I explained in detail about cellulite here. To make it short and simple, the cellulite is fat visible under skin in certain areas, which gives those areas lumpy and dimpled appearance. So, you need to reduce fat and improve the circulation and redistribution of fat in your body. There are many ways to do it.

Healthy Lifestyle

It all starts with a healthy lifestyle. Even if you don’t have a lot of time to exercise and to go to the gym, there are many opportunities in everyday life to be more active. If you work in front of a computer for hours, you might spend standing for 10-30 minutes every hour while working on your computer. There are now even adjustable standing desks that allow you to work while standing. You’ll burn calories automatically in such a way, just during your work.

You can use stairs instead of the elevator. If you live on the 14^th floor and you have no time or you’re too tired to climb 14 floors, you can walk up the stars 3-4 floors and then take the elevator.

If you lie on the sofa while watching TV, watch it sitting. After you shampoo your hair and you put your conditioner, you can do some sit ups in the shower. You can also do some sit ups when you brush your teeth. There are many opportunities to be more active. I’ve just given you a few examples, but you can find many more opportunities if you really want to.

Exercise

I wrote about exercise that you can do to burn cellulite and about yoga workout already, so, I won’t be writing more about it here. If you read those articles you will find out that exercise can be fun and will make you feel good too.

Diet

Diet is very important to not only lose weight and cellulite, but to be healthy and happy. But it doesn’t mean you need to starve. If you eat plenty of vegetables and fruit and other fresh foods that contain a lot of fiber, you will feel full and you’ll burn calories and cellulite. Cellulite Creams

Most of the creams unfortunately are a waste of money, but some of them do work. You still need to exercise and eat the right foods to stay free from the cellulite, but some creams can help you get good results fast. You can read more about Do Cellulite Creams Work and check out my Revitol Review.

Very simple but useful techniques that will help you fight cellulite is simple massage. You can massage yourself before shower every day and it does help. It might seem simplistic, but remember, you need to increase the circulation and redistribute the fat in your body. Massage just does that.

I hope that what I wrote will convince you that you really can get rid of the cellulite and inspire you to take some action and live healthy and happy life. We, women know that it gives a lot of self-confidence when we’re free from ugly cellulite.

Does Yoga Help You Get Rid of Cellulite?

There are many different exercises that can reduce cellulite, and yoga asanas (physical postures) can be very effective at reducing cellulite. You can either go to yoga classes or you can do yoga at home to get rid of cellulite.

Exercise and diet are the most important if you want to get rid of cellulite. I’ve already written about diet and exercise on this website, but the exercises I wrote about were mostly walking, jogging and a few others simple, but effective exercises.

Many people ask me what about yoga? Can you get rid of cellulite doing yoga? Yes, you can. Yoga is actually one of the best ways to get rid of cellulite. But it requires more discipline and knowledge than walking and jogging. You must know how to do yoga and what kind of yoga to do.

There are many kinds of yoga and all of them can help you get rid of cellulite. Yoga works both on the body and mind. So, you’re fighting stress, fat, and you redistribute the fat and circulation to different areas of the body. What’s more, yoga improves the work of your internal organs, including the liver, which is very important to stop creating the cellulite.

What Kind of Yoga Is the Best to Get Rid of Cellulite?

I can’t tell you which kind of yoga you should choose. It depends on many factors. Are there any yoga classes available in your area? Can you afford them?

It is very important to learn yoga from qualified teachers, but it doesn’t mean the attending yoga class is the only way to learn yoga correctly and safely. Thanks to the modern technology you can learn yoga nowadays easily from DVD and the internet.

Fat Free Yoga

What worked best for me was the Fat Free Yoga – Lose Weight and Feel Great DVD with Ana Brett and Ravi Singh. Ana and Brett are fantastic and very experienced teachers and I’ve been doing yoga for years using their DVD’s, like Kundalini Yoga for Beginners and Kundalini Yoga Green Energy of the Heart among a few of my favorites. But Fat Free Yoga is the best workout to fight the cellulite. It removes the cellulite and fat, so I also lost a few kilos doing the workout, but what surprised me the most, my eating habits changed when I started doing their yoga. I kind of started feeling more satisfied eating less. Fat Free Yoga not only makes you healthy and burns calories, but makes you more peaceful and happy.

I could write and praise Ana and Ravi’s yoga a lot, but I don’t need to do it. You can see on the Amazon many positive reviews about the DVD. There’s also a lot of detailed information about the Fat Free Yoga DVD. I can also say from my experience that it really works.

Ana and Ravi also stress the importance of eating the right foods to get rid of cellulite. They recommend eating more fresh fruits and vegetables, and to avoid meat and dairy. You should also read about 6 foods that fight the cellulite.
